I have been spending heavy sums in bits, I make three withdrawal atleast every day...

Last transaction I did dispense errorr... But it never reversed.

Now I have traced 3 similar transactions as far back as November that was never reversed...

Can I sue gtbank with proof....

I am angry because I dont mind money

But this is criminal

One thing I have noticed lately is people coming on social media to rant when they have not done the right thing.

If its a dispense error.it will be logged and funds would be reversed within 3 to 5 working days and if its an unauthorised debit you will need to fill a card dispute form to enable the bank Investigate the issue.

I can assure u dat once u write dem error will be logged and if claims are accepted by the acquiring bank funds would be reverse within 3 to 5 working days.
Please learn to follow due process before castigating anybody.

You can email them. You will get a response. But don't try calling their provided phone numbers ooo. It would take forever to pick your call.
