almost 3 months now my wife apply for the Nigerian youth investment fund (NYIF).
Just today she received a text message as follow:

Dear applicant,
you have been pre-qualified for the NYIF loan programme, kindly click on this link to apply.

please we don't know the authenticity of the text can any one share more light on the issue.
