If you recently dropped your phone perhaps the screen got damaged and it could also be a quick fix but it can't be solved online you have to go to your technician.

The phone has never ever fallen to the ground since I bought it. I pamper it like a baby self

Oga Kiaso, lemme remind you, there is no phone brand without an issue, you even went ahead to embarrass yourself by recommending cubot and oukitel as a superior to umidigi, smh. I can't just come out say all tecno or infinix Device are trash just because I had an issue with one of their phone.

I buy phone depending on my budget, I can't buy a rat and expect it to perform like a beast. grin

You guys should forget umi. You can go for Oukitel, Cubot or Xiaomi devices

Samsung price of same specs is 2 and a half times of Umidigi price.

A7 pro 4gig ram...was 40k plus

Brand new 4gig ram of Samsung a30 is around 70-80k

So u dey expect umidigi to work like Samsung ....as Lexus talk am say u expect donkey to run like a horse.....

Samsung has been in the game for 82 years even when them never the CEO of umidigi.

Umidigi started February 2012.....just 9 years.....

Lastly Samsung don't use all diz MTK
