Greetings.
I had just completed an M.Sc in Public Administration done my internal defense and waiting for external.

However I have the desire to study for my PhD abroad, for the course Public Policy or Government & Public Policy. So I am seeking your counsel, guide and advise on how to go about securing an admission.

I need your counsel on:

- A good English speaking country ideal for the course Public Policy or Government & Public Policy
-Do I need TOEFEL exam and stuffs?
-Can I get a scholarship or financial aide or a job?
-What is the cost like?
-What are the requirements?
- Are you currently running a PhD abroad can I get insights from you?

UK is easier to enter through study route and it's kinda cheap. It all depends on the area you live in the UK.

UK is via study route. Moreover, they're not even doing visa interview for now.
