Igbere TV just obtained a video of some residents in Ogun State chasing away Fulani herdsmen and their cattles from the state.

This comes amid activities of herders which have continued to raise concerns in several parts of the country, with some regions banning open grazing.

The 2 minutes video which has gone viral on social media shows young men stoning herders as they keep running for their dear lives.

The incident according to information gathered by our correspondent occured at Idi Ori in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

In the video, the woman who recorded the incident can be heard pleading to the young men to stop throwing stones at the herders so as to avoid bringing war on their community.

The woman also appealed the men chase away the herdsmen not to harm or kill their cattles.

She marveled at the amount of cows in the area which was unknown to them.

I watched the video and was scared of the south. How did the large number of the cattle find their way down the south. Did they trek from North or they were transported by trucks?

Someone with a camera crying at the background speaking God knows which language videoing someone stoning cows acting like cows.

Then the video is posted online with an inciting and clickbait title, those who are emotional will watch it without thinking, then share it on different online groups, before you know it, it goes viral.

The next thing we know, these viral FAKENEWS becomes something that can create anger, confusion and contention.
