No you don't need to pay TF if it's your first application. However, If you are submitting a second application, you'll have to pay.

Hello MamaIva,

Eligibility must have started or the required action is about to be precipitated.

Best of Luck

I got the NSE letter 2weeks after I submitted and eligibility has not started. However, review of additional documents started 3days after.

Good Day Sir/Ma,

Please I need your help on the Conestoga form,

What will I select here for this section

Program Selection
Choose the option that best describes your proficiency in English:

1) I have completed an English language proficiency test (e.g. TOEFL, IELTS). I will provide my test scores at the Supporting Documents step.
2) I will be completing an English language proficiency test (e.g. TOEFL, IELTS). I will provide the expected completion date at the Education step.
3) I have completed, or will be completing, an English Study Program at a private / partner language school. I will submit a letter or certificate of completion and supporting transcripts at the Supporting Documents step.
4) I wish to apply for an English for Academic Purposes (EAP / ESL) program.
5) My first language is English. / None of the provided options are applicable.

People already got admitted should assist me.

Thank you

Hello NeedMobile,

The question will be answered in relative connection to the SP process. So it goes;

If you intend to go through the NSE stream and have a valid IELTS TRF, option one is correct.

If you intend to go through the NSE stream, but will soon take IELTS test, option two is correct.

If there is a strong conviction to opt for the Regular stream, the last option is correct.

In essence, the last option is the only compatible option to the asked query based on geographical advantage.

Best of Luck

For people who have received their passports, do they normally send printed LOI with it? Or we just have to print it from GCKEY

Lamideyy:
Please in study permit application
Am I to fill the “Application for Temporary Resident Visa”
I mean the last IMM form

Hello Lamideyy,

It's optional. There is no harm not submitting it. A visa will still be appended to allow facilitate entry into Canada to get the SP issued at the POE.

Best of Luck

Hello Everyone,

Please advise as regards my intent.

I applied for SP in July 2020 to study HCA(UnderG Cert)and was refused based on Family ties and Purpose of study. I opted for this program based on my knowledge that I can't do Masters (Finished with 3rd class).
After so much research, I found a course - Communicative Disorder Assistant, which is a 1year Post graduate certificate. P.S I have a BSc in Psychology.( Admission requirement is to have a degree in Social science, Human anatomy, etc.)

Please advise if I need to refer to my program of choice in the previous application when writing a SOP in this new application OR I should just write my SOP based on the new program and an LOE that I had previously applied for a course.

Thank you.

Hello Brownie1003,

The course is a match. Only address the current situation in the letter(s).

Best of Luck

Please I need help on how to pay for W.E.S, I have been trying to pay with my G.T.B debit card but it kept saying payment not successful.
Please how do i go about it, i need help on this, Thank you.
If it is more than 100 US dollars then it won't go. You need a dollar card for such transactions. The new CBN policy says, foreign transactions more than a hundred dollars a day won't fly.

What's the error message?

Are you using a computer or a mobile phone?

If you're on a computer, try using a different browser.

Hello guys! Newbie here. I recently got admitted for a pg certificate in durham college. I’m applying online for the study visa. I just have a quick question:
Is it mandatory to submit my online application and medicals at the same time? I’m asking because I don’t reside in abuja or lagos (being the only locations with approved medical centers), and I’m trying to conserve cash as much as possible (i.e avoid making 2 trips to lagos).
Forgive my naivety but tell me if this is a good idea:
1. Complete the online application and submit all requested documentation
2. When I’m invited for biometrics (hopefully in lagos), use this opportunity to do my medicals at once.
If not a good idea, can you please advise?

Thank you in advance.

It is a good idea
I'm going to Durham College too
