1. If they're not married, they're not married.
2. How is their score 533?
matilda02:
Hi everyone, is it possible to enter the pool and state that you’re married and then marry afterwards?, theyre both engaged, they both have written their IELTS and done Wes.

Also, the don’t have msc but the guy has bsc and pgd while she has B.ed

Using the CRS calculator, their score is at 533

533 looks intimidating but if you are not married at the point you are filling the form why not put common law partner ? its almost same thing and you can edit it afterwards

Hi Everyone,

I need your advice, please.

I have EE profile with CRS 455 which excluded my wife. I have recently received NOI for PNP from one of the provinces with the same EE profile that excludes my wife.

Now, I want to include my wife in my EE profile and also include her in my PNP application. Can anyone confirm if this is permitted?

Note: Including her in my EE profile will move my CRS to 456 from 455.

Thanks.

I used WES for Hubby's ECA in sept 2020. Transcript was sent electronically from OAU through Etx-ng to wes 10th of sept and status was updated immediately. I got the ecopy of ECA on 29th of sept 2020. No verification needed. I'll encourage you to try sending your transcript electronically if you intend using WES. It saves processing time. Though I don't know if work is going on now due to ASUU strike. You can pm me so I'll give you the contact of the person that helped with my transcript.
Hi @Pweetyyomi, please I need your help with the OAU contact.

Just a personal opinion....

It would depend on the PNP and the parameters used to issue NOI. For example, if its OINP tech draw.....I would think you are fine if your CRS is still within the range, because they choose based on:

1) a CRS range (453 to 467 for the 16 Feb draw)
2) selected NOCs.

In that scenario, if your CRS remains within the range, even when you add spouse then it would seem logical that you can proceed to edit your profile (to include spouse) and apply for the PNP (the rationale is that even if she was included beforehand, you would still have got the NOI)....your NOC is obviously unchanged.

This may not apply if it is another PNP with other criteria. Are you able to share which PNP this is? Also you may want to reconfirm your CRS with spouse, is it definitely 456?

Hello,

Is there a peculiarity or reason for applicants whose files get transferred to Etobicoke Visa office? I ordered my GCMS note and discovered my application was moved there. Prior to this, I have never heard of this visa office before( not common among EE applicants) It is giving me anxieties as the last time any activity occurred around my application was September 2020, shortly after biometrics. Researched the internet and noticed same trend in handling applications.

Please are there people who have had PR approvals with this office and wondered if they also experienced long wait durations?

Thank you!

You already have GCMS notes with you; what does it say on eligibility, criminality and security? Also, what notes are written in the last 5 pages? I believe the notes by Case Analyst, or Case Officer should be your concern and not the visa office your application was transferred to.

Be careful how you use the bolded word. Canada can be very funny/specific when talking about marital status. For one, once you step out of "single status" you can never return to it officially, at least according to CRA.

I am not sure if this has been shared before. Pardon me if it is a repetition but I feel some of us will find it useful hence I am sharing it here.

New Brunswick is coming to West Africa! To Nigeria! Yes, NB will be holding one of its regular recruitment programs in Nigeria.

If your occupation is on the list and you impress their Reps, you could be invited. You could be one of the lucky individuals who will receive an invitation to attend the recruitment program and also get a Notification of Interest from the province.

With that, you would be able to apply to the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program NBPNP.

See the link to their page detailing the registration process;

Senior colleagues in the House,

I m preparing in anticipation for the next Federal Draw, I have achieved 470 as my CRS Score. Glory be to God.

Kindly assist in the following clarifications:

1. Do I have to notarize every document that I will eventually upload?
2. Do I have to provide payslips in addition to employment reference letters?
3. Can one use the Settlement Fund account for normal transactions (i.e keep the account running) while the application in process, bearing in mind that the fund will be untouched?

Thanks for your profound responses in anticipation.

1. No
2. No but if it makes you sleep well at night, sure but IRCC asked for reference letter only and maybe payslip.
3. Spend away and continue with transactions BUT DO NOT touch your POF otherwise your matter will pass be careful. Just kidding , just don’t be tempted to touch (now singing - tempted to touch , tempted to touch)....

No, it's not impossible but did they take french exam? Or have canadian work experience? Those are factors that make CRS that high.
They should recalculate their CRS and be sure they didn't select the place that refers to Canadian work experience.

Your opinion on this is well appreciated.

PNP: OINP Tech Draw, 16th Feb
CRS will be at least 456 when added.

What happens if you create your EE profile in March, with 3 year's work experience. But it's actually like 2 years, 10 months. Then they do a draw and you are picked?
Same March, but based on 3 year's work experience that you stated. Any repercussions?

So long as the amount in CAD terms is what IRCC requires for your family size, I don't think you have any problems doing this. Good move btw.

the officer will use your reference letter to compute your work experience. You lose 25 points and your crs drop which means application rejected. The glitch on the ee website is not their business grin

Hello Gurus in the house, please I am really concerned about the discrepancy on my husband's wrong date of birth in his wes result which is different from what he has on other documents including his passport . He is not the principal applicant, i am, and I have entered the pool. My questions are
1) should I withdraw his wes and leave it as if he doesn't have education?
2) how can I correct it? She i contact waec or wes?
3) should I leave it, hoping it won't affect our application?

Good morning to all seniors and to all ancestors. I am a newbie in this thread and I have been monitoring closely. Thank you all for the wealth of info in this thread. My real name is Bandit and I have decided alongside my family to join the bandwagon of relocation to Canada.

I have a simple question and I want to apologize if same has been asked before in this thread as I have searched everywhere and I couldn't find an answer. Please will NGN800m be enough to see me and my family through this whole journey?

Please, urgent and mature response needed as I need to make decisions fast. Thank you all as you advise accordingly.

Please don't air me and no insults.

Not a problem. Accept the ITA and ensure to submit your application only after your work experience has clocked the actual 3 years. There has been quite a lot of similar cases, and they did this and eventually got their PPR without any issue. Cheers.
