I'm not comparing ESN with bandits I'm saying if terrorists gets these benevolence why can't ESN, mind you ESN is technically different from IPOB, I didn't say armnesty for IPOB I said armnesty for ESN, IPOB remains an non arm bearing, indigenous self determination group.

Were they created only to tackle herdsmen in SE? If they are indeed a security outfit, how about Kidnappers, armed robbers, ritualists and drug pushers.. Does it mean they are less concerned about those?
