what should I do please? I need your advice on what to do.

Possibly there's no operating system installed. You need to get a copy of the OS you want and install first. If you have no idea what you're doing, get a repairer to do it for you. Shouldn't cost more than 2-3k and a few hours at a repairer's shop.

check to see if you hard disk shifted from it's position or if there's anyone inside. It's responsible for boot up information that your PC needs. if you can't do it yourself, find someone who's good with PC to fix it properly. And if there's none, you can simply get a new one and install new windows on it via CD plate.

desktop hard disk doesn't shift because it is connected firmly to the cable and screwed to it place.

It's either the hard disk is weak/bad or there is no operating system installed.

I'll suggest you see a technician that will diagnose it and see which is really the culprit.
