Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye popularly known as Daddy GO, is the current General Overseer of the Redeem Christian Church Of God Worldwide, In this blog post I will be sharing his love story with his wife Pastor Mrs Foluke Adeboye, who also known as Mummy GO, if you want to know how, when and where they meet and other important information about the couple, then, you need to read to the end. Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye was born on 2nd of March 1942, currently 78 years old, in Osun State, Nigeria. He attends Ilesha Grammar School Ilesha Osun State in 1956, before he proceeded to University of Nigeria Nsukka(UNN) in Nsukka but, he completed his first degree in University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) because of Nigerian Civil War graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics in 1967. Pastor E A Adeboye joined the Redemed Christian Church of God in 1973, where he served as an interpreter before he was ordained as a pastor in the by Pa. Josiah Akindayomi in 1975. In 1981, he became General Overseer of RCCG, for the first three years, as General Overseer, he was a part- time Pastor, before leaving his university job to preach full- time. Pastor EA Adeboye got married to his wife Folu that same year, after few years of courtship, they did their court marriage on September 8, 1967, and later had their church wedding on December 17, 1967.
