If the judge needs covid test,he should call on the NCDC to come carry out the test on them and give him the result. Simple as that. The judge shouldn't use this as a medium to trap them in the cell there even after meeting bail conditions....

At times I wonder the intelligence of some of these educated people.

So you want them to be tested before the bail, but they have been appearing in your court without test, and accompanied with police officers who weren't tested too.
