Hi guys I've been doing some research into universities abroad where I can do my masters, one of my main issue is looking for those schools that would have no problem accepting students with a second class lower division, I'd be grateful if anyone can give me some names or point me to any direction for better information,thanks.

Do you mean if your point scale is NOT less than 2.95 or if it is less than 2.95?

I guess it's because Germany grades system uses the opposite of Nigeria's own 1.0 is their first class I think.
