Infact North west and south south that has received the largest chunk from d federal purse since independence have very high poverty rates. Shared money will only filter into individual pockets. What we are saying is leave every people to grow individually n take charge of thier destinies.

You will know the poverty rate in Anambra before Obiano was at a whole 55% now Obiano reduced it to %14..
