Hello all.

My elder brother has been sad and now introverted because he recently added weight. Now he's dieting and definitely losing weight but his butt size is now on the big side. Pls what can he do to lose butt fats. He's usually looked at when he steps out due to how big his butts are. They're really big. A little bigger than mine even.

Pls, fitness experts, how can he lose butt fats pls? What causes big butts in men. I really hate to see him sad. He's such a darling when he's happy and I love him so much.

Pls any suggestions for him

He should hit the gym intensively and pay more attention to squatting. Squatting will burn the fats in the bum and build butt muscles instead. He will be proud of himself.
