Sorry about that. Except you're in Taraba, location won't be of any good to you and price/cost is dependent on technician. Just get a good tech to help you look into it and should check the power IC. 1500 - 2k should do.

kindly clean the sensor area beside the ear piece.
if u are using a screen protector, kindly remove it before cleaning the sensor.

Thanks for the response. Though am yet to remove the screen protector, I just did hard reset and it's working now.

Please I have a problem with my own umidigi A7 pro. I usually use two sim cards on the phone but I noticed that , if sim A is being used for mobile data, sim B will be unreachable, that is, any one attempting to call sim B will be getting the not reachable response despite having a full network reception on sim B. The same thing happens to sim A if sim B is used as the sim for mobile data. This situation really defeats the whole essence of having a phone with two sim slots.

Anyone experiencing this? Any solution please?
