How close are you to the person? Have you met the person face to face before? Are you from the person village? If your answer is no,just forget it and look for better connection. FCC commissioners can't give an outsider A to D list agencies if you're not from the above mentioned.You may be Lucky to get paramilitary jobs from them if they search from their family, friends and close villagers and non of them applied for the job. You guys should try and get close to this commissioners.

Hello, good people of Nairaland. I have been so unfortunate in my job search. I have graduated since 2007 but no good job to show. I have been applying for jobs but I keep getting disappointments. In 2013, I got a job in a bank. Infact I went to training school. However, at the end of the training, 4 of us were replaced. The next year, I applied to Nlng graduate trainee position. I passed the first and second tests as well as the final assessment center. In the fact, after the assessment center, people were sent regret mails. But I wasn't sent. The mail they sent to me says that they will get back to me. They even requested for my credentials. But lo and behold, when they started sending mails for medicals, I received the shock of my life. They said "Though your performance was commendable, we cannot continue with you. I almost died. The next year, I got a job with an oil servicing firm but was later dropped due to the then upheaval in the oil and gas industry. Right now, things are rough with me. My parents who struggled to see me through school are aged and suffering. I can't take care of them. Also as the eldest child, my younger ones are looking up to me. Please I need help. I need connection. Depression is taking a great toll on me. I also applied for this NCDMB job. Please I don't mind sharing my upfront with any who can help me.

I am a chemical engineer with knowledge in production, well, process and operations engineering. I am also a certified IWCF engineer.

I am not trying to sound spiritual but sir have you gone spiritual about this bad luck you are encountering in your job search? Some powers are stopping you from getting a good job. Go to deliverance, take the things of God serious, do warfare prayers every 12am midnight and pray against those powers, then thank me later.

There are no powers stopping him. It just happened. He will find something. We are too spiritual in this part of the world. Do you Know there are people in Nigeria today who are doing very well and they don't believe church or mosque or juju? But they believe in God Almighty.

My case is similar to the guy's case or even worse. I finished 2006 with 2.1.......if I start to tell you my story hear and all the near success encounters, you will be shocked. I have prayed and prayed. Gone to different churches where I was charged money for some holy salt and olive oil. I have gone to mountains and all. One prophet even told me I should ask my mom. Oh God, mama wey suffer for me, sold her clothes for my sake, doesn't miss morning mass. The prophet later said my mom's friend bath me and transferred my star to her son. I laughed hard. My mom said she has never allowed anyone bath her children and doesn't even have friends cos she came from the village to Lagos and she doesn't understand the Yoruba language. I even went to a herbalist who said it was from my father's family in the village and I was charged a huge amount of money, still no show.

There's nothing happening. It is the way God wants it. When it is your time, he will open way and make things right.

My cousin initially thought God abandoned him and allowed village people to finish him.....but today he's abroad doing well for himself. He has his green card and living large. The day I reminded him of the day he tried to commit suicide, he laughed so hard!
