I am sure there are issues. I have received stuff that shipped later from the same ports. They shipped in January. Before Covid became the issue it now is.

What are they telling u , is it personal or groupage container ?

They are not very communicative. After I posted to social media today they started to engage me. They were not contrite, they were upset with me. No apologies no explanation. Three months ago it was a problem at the port 2 months ago some containers had come out. June 2 I would get my batteries in June. Last week I sent a message no answer. Monday I told them I would post to social media they posted an emoji.
I can't tell you anything beyond the receipt

Ok just give them some time , I can understand it's a groupage container, it might contain banned goods , might cos some delays

They have had 6 months already. How much more time do you suggest I give them? Thanks for your contribution

I concur. I wish I saw this post before making orders with them. They are very dishonest.

Gues you have received your goods by now....and please kindly know that goods use to have delays.. trying to bring down the company is not good..kindly delete this thread...thanks

How did this saga later end? I guess virtually every logistic company from China to Nigeria has one unpleasant story or the other to their name. SMH.

I got my items 7 months later. And he called me every name in book for exposing him for the fraud he is. They have no shame whatsoever. I have deleted them from my phone book

That's quite odd, I once had a similar experience with another forwarder (not online or in NL) who delayed my items between April 2020 till November 2020 all in the name of covid19 delay. Very hard to get a good forwarder without stories (or have you gotten one?).
