Hi Please I wish to know how possible it is to register a company in the USA from Nigeria. I do lots of online business in the USA and the multiple taxations for Nigerians is killing me! Some countries are exempted from all this tax cos their government have tax treaties with the US government. Even South Africa is exempted but Nigeria is not. In fact, they give us Nigerians a special case in these things as we pay more or get kicked out entirely. I would like to register a company in the USA or a country that has a tax treaty with them and do not charge an arm and a leg in fees and tex themselves. Everything should be done online and my first get's a tax ID in the end. USA South Africa Panama .... which country? Pls who has gone down this lane before? I need your advice! Thanks in advance
