I opened my messenger app a while ago and saw this, unfortunately I opened my WhatsApp and still saw the same thing, meanwhile I clicked "Yes" can anyone tell the meaning of this??

LordviccoDaGuru:You have disabled it from consuming your data in background. And WhatsApp needs data to run unrestricted. So it's requesting to be re•enabled. |
