Let Us Rise And Unite For The Salvation Of Osun State- Osun PDP Chairman, Hon Sunday Bisi

Osun State PDP Chairman, Hon Sunday Bisi has enjoined the good people of Osun State to set aside all differences and rise in unison to rescue the state that has been pushed to the brinks of insolvency.

In his immediate reaction to the judgement of the appeal court sitting in Akure affirming him as chairman of the Osun State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, Sunday Bisi called on leaders and members of the party in particular to see the appeal court judgement as a challenge to all in the party to live up to expectations of the people of Osun State as the only hope of returning succor and sanity to the state.

The Appeal Court in Akure had early on Friday set aside the order of a state high court in Osun State and affirmed Sunday Bisi as chairman of the party in the state, dismissing all grounds of objections by the erstwhile chairman, Soji Adagunodo.

"I appeal to our leaders across the state to stand and be counted at this time to mend fences without delay to put the party in good stead for the onerous task of rescuing our dear state from the uncompromising carnivores devouring the state into carcass" Sunday Bisi said.

The chairman also promised to double his efforts in reconciling all interests in the party for the sake of lasting peace and tranquility in the party.

I love how the appeal court that decided this is in Akure and not in Osun State.

And it is time for my state to dump APC for PDP, though I do not support this for the presidency, yet, especially if they choose Atiku. But if APC chooses that jaguda Tinubu, I guess I'd be in dilemma. If only Sowore or someone else could grow up.

Any suggestions please?

Not for presidency, he can't. It's not as if he has built up the sort of following that made Buhari the APC presidential candidate. In fact, Sowore will not even make junior minister in APC, though he might in PDP if he pays somebody.

Sowore is just not organised at all, and I am very disappointed in him. He is the sort of person who should be mobilising youths here on NL, the biggest Nigerian platform, but do you see him here? I don't, and I'm very very dissapointed in him indeed I am.
