My Uncle asked me for financial assistance and I promised my pastor who had travelled for a religious meeting his transport fare
I sent same amount to both of them however I sent to my pastor some good days after sending to my uncle.
Below are their reply after receiving.
My Uncle: Thanks.
My Pastor:
The Lord bless you and cause his face to shine on you keep you away from evildoers,thanks and God bless you.

Now tell me why would I give to my Pastor again?
And why I should give to my Uncle again?
Meanwhile it took my Uncle over 8 hours to acknowledge and my Pastor acknowledged just within minutes.

We do not choose our families, but we choose our friends. You shouldn't stop giving to your uncle because he doesn't appreciate. But have you asked yourself if your uncle actually got the credit alert 8hrs later, or he received it immediately 8hrs after and sent you a message of thanks.
In times of difficulty remember this your uncle will stand beside you but your pastor might not. Don't stop giving, even if they don't show gratitude at all.
