I have a business plan which is about opening a standard barbing saloon n game centre.
The opening and running cost is 400k I have a business plan on ground n I will appreciate it if u can call/WhatsApp my number at signature.

I know u are wondering how u will get your money n probably interest on the business,the plan is this,after I have been given the loan,u will give me a moratorium of 2 months to set up the shop n get some customers know what we do.
After that,u will b paid 10k per week for 14 months.

This translates to the fact that after the end of the 10th month u would have made your startup capital and the remaining 4 months will be for your interest which is 40k for 4 months-160k

I don't have a collateral security but I am ready to drop my nysc discharge certificate and also ready to get lawyers for us to put things in black n white to keep both parties on a safer side.

This is the cost for producing one hectare of maize, therefore the cost of five hactares would be N56,400 x 5 = N282,000 + N300,000 Cost of labour ( ploughing, fertilizer application, herbicide application, harvesting, mechanical threshing, bagging and transportation to company for sale) = N582,000

Now I have a company who would buy our maize at N3,000 more than the market price ie if a bag of maize costs N14,000 in the market, the company would pay N17,000.

Note: 1 hectare of highbred maize will give you 1.6 tonnes or more under good agronomic practices so 5 hectares would give you 8 tonnes or more.

As an expert in crop and soil science I will make this project work.

In a country with over 60 million generators (according to Bloomberg), if we can successfully get patronage from 0.001% of 60milliin gen users @ a net profit of ₦500 that will equal ₦30 million in recurring monthly net profit. And I'm being extremely conservative with my figures.

A successful business of this kind is what Peter Thiel describes as zero to one. Once executed perfectly with the right amount of start-up capital it can guarantee financial freedom. I've done a pilot test on the business model in the last 7months and I'm convinced this is the next big thing.
