Mrnairalandd:Gibberish, a poorly thought out and poorly written sermon, you don't have time to present facts or list names to butteress your junk and garbage post so why bother with the epistle, I'll tell you why; because yorubas don't have nothing on the world stage to list. In your desperation YouTube real estate ads is now your yardstick for measuring real estate developments in Lagos. You picked the wrong dude you will be lowered in that grave mentioned, after reading this post sorry will be your name. It should not come as a surprise to any one that Igbo's have grown beyond Nigeria, Today, Igbo's are in major Parliaments of the world US, UK, Germany, Ireland etc. Globally Igbo's are Mayors, Captains of Industries and lead Africans in Hospitality, commerce, banking, Literature etc. Nigeria is one options out of the many other countries we thrive. Do you know that Igbo's have markets like Alaba and Ladipo and in Angola, Cameroon, Benin, Togo, Ivory coast, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa do you also know that we dominate hospitality industry in many African countries, Nigeria is a limiting factor to an Igbo man that why you see the calls for Biafra from Igbo's. I am sure you are familiar with the saying"If you go to any country and you don't find an Igbo man, Nothing good is there" You said Madam Okonjo was made WTO Director by PMB and his kinsmen, good and for this the Igbo nation is grateful, she was qualified to be nominated and got a nod from PMB, good. This is exactly the point of this thread this is why I advice Igbo's not to take side or Support a westerner over a northerner because the truth is a westerner would never have given NOK the nod they would have sabotage her nomination out of jealousy we saw how sowore and kemi both tried to pull her down and saw hundreds of yoruba's commenting to show their dissatisfaction for NOK's nomination and prayed she did not get the job. The northerner's on the other hand gave us all the support needed. As for Madam Oteh she is still sitting on the Board of the World Bank so keep quiet if you have nothing to say stop foaming in the mouth, that reminds me, where is the infamous Ms. Kemi Forgery Adeosun? Why was madam forgery not nominated for the position of the WTO Director, obviously she was not qualified, she was corrupt and incompetent and is currently wanted for forgery she is presently on a self imposed exile hiding under one the many rocky Island of Asia. The only woman that got Nigeria into 2 record breaking recession in 3 years. Obviously queen's English can land you a job but won't keep it. Chinese, Indians and Lebanese have been migrating to Nigeria in mass does that mean Nigeria is better that any of those countries, yorubas keep fooling themselves believing Igboland lack what we seek in the west. Igbo land have the Biggest markets in West Africa Onitsha main market and Ariaria Market these markets are Bigger than Alaba intl market, or any other market in Lagos. Mind you Igboland also have the largest concentration of main markets Onitsha alone host over 20 major markets not to talk of Anambra as a whole. We are only in Lagos to create a market like we have done in the East, North and other African countries. Let me break your heart now do you know that all the major markets in Lagos are dominated by Igbo and the were all built from the scratch by Igbo's or developed from a slum to a major market by Igbo's? Igbo's built the Trade fair (ASPAMDA), Alaba Intl market, Arena Market, Suru-Alaba (tiles market) Ladipo Market. All these markets are 100% controlled by Igbo's other markets like Ikeja was not built by Igbo's but Dominated by Igbo's and in firm control of Igbo's. So what have yoruba's actually built in Lagos since independence. As for real estate if you live in Lagos you would know that yorubas live in settlements called Abule (village) while Igbo's live in the city residential areas like Ajao, Okota, Amuwo, Satellite, festac, Lekki, Gbagada, Magodo, etc, yorubas who live close to the city live in places like Ketu, Ikorodu, Mushin, Abule-Egba, Agege etc. If you have ever been to Lagos you would know this. Sure schools in Abule or the Yoruba residential slums close to the city might teach Yoruba in schools but in Igbo Areas, I have never noticed this, maybe in Abule, slums or ghetto areas but not in Igbo residential areas. What I have seen in my Area is Igbo Cultural day where kids wear Igbo attire to school on Fridays. Yoruba's dominate Circular music industry Igbo's dominate the Christian music industry, yorubas dominate the Cenima movie industry Igbo's dominate the Epic movie industry so what's your point? Are you calling Igbo's Hawkers? Coming from a tribe whose mothers hawk Agege bread in the morning, Agbo during the day and their fathers hawk Ogufe and cow meat in the evening it's your tribe that is a nation of Hawkers not Ndigbo think about that. |

OP. Good thread. I agree with you 100%. I would choose the North over Yorubas and Southern minorities if I must choose one of the three. But I would rather we stay alone. I enjoyed your exchanges, though I'm afraid your thread would be deleted by the Yoruba controllers of this place. But I beseech you to try and preach this message on this thread more using all social media platforms you have . |

Igboid:I totally agree with you if I were to pick, I would pick a northerner too, there are less threatened by an Igbo man unlike other groups in the South. Thanks, as for deleting the thread that is why I have been careful with my dictions so that the thread is not dragged to the mods who will be forced to delete it. Nevertheless if the mods continue with their bias I will just leave the forum for them like I did before, thank you, you are one of the great Igbo guy on this forum.. dalu. |

valirex:Look Adiddas face let me tell you something Igbo's careless what scratched face tribe say or think, we careless about what a tribe who were soundly defeated by hot sexy women would say, A tribe that is killed by only one Hausa blow. Your people are the only tribe in the world to have been colonized by steamy, hot and sexy mama's in high heels with sticks, that is why your men are weak to their bones and need Agbo or Jedi to get an erection. Telling lies to desperately claim the glory of the civil war from the major players UK, Egypt, Morrocco, Chad, Niger etc and northerner's (mainly Benue and Plateau) who took the major blow, you tell this lies to claim glory when you were actually ghost and missing in action it is ironical or is this another lame afonja dry joke like AY's attempt at comedy. Saying yorubas are weak is not an insult it's a complement at least that is the 2nd thing the entire country would uniformly agree about the yoruba's the first being that yorubas are snakes and not to be trusted. We know the roles scratched faced people played in the war it was not on Battle ground it was from Awo's desk it is still in our records, mass genocides, bombing of civilian population, markets, churches, schools etc, mass killings by blocking food and medical supplies and shooting of unarmed civilians so stop making noise about the war afonjas did nothing but killing defenceless people like you did in Shasha. Well I hope you are enjoying modern day colonization of Yorubaland this time around by Fulani bandits not women. Continue living in the fools paradise of a suyanization by afonjas in 67' that never existed when the only people being suyanize in present day Nigeria are afonjas in western Nigeria, and trust me in this Internet age afonjas will not be rewriting history. |

SaintBeehot:After you requested for a list of violent attacks in Sw and got one this is all you have to say in your defence? You should be ashamed of your pathetic self. I am sure you were not expecting any list because you know your media would hide the truth in plain sight. While many of those events had alot to do with Igbo's the others which did not, affected the Igbo's Economically as many businesses belonging to Igbos were looted by yorubas terrorist. In addition, the list is no different from yorubas deliberately listing attacks on Southerners or Christians as attacks on Igbo's to score cheap points, deal with it those attacks and many more happened in Lagos and all affected Igbo's in Lagos directly. |

Without that forget it. Test your so-called southern unity by creating a thread asking other southern groups to rally round for SE presidency and get your answers on how united the south truly is even after every southern region have got a shot at power in this democratic dispensation. |
