So the OPC operatives finally brought down a man hitherto thought to be invisible but some people are blaming OPC for handing him over to the police. Lest a call comes from Abuja and Wakili will be back terrorizing Ibarapa again.

But what if it is all a bait by the OPC which was why they made a video of the dreaded Wakili and made sure the news of his capture made headlines.

Now the world knows Wakili has been captured and handed over to the police. Now let's take a back sit and watch what the police will do with him. Will the play their usual abracadabra? Let's watch and see.

But what do you think? Should the OPC have given Wakili and his men the ESN treatment of shoot at sight to avoid the drama of the Nigerian system?

cool

Civilised people are governed by law.... OPC has constitutional rights to make an arrest but only Nigerian Police can prosecute a criminal

If the Northerners in Abuja decides to violate the law by shielding Wakili, I foresee another Shasha violence erupting

How many times have the fulanis handed over their victims to police...?The opc people messes up big time..they fully well know the Nigerian police is a sham and Nigeria judicial system is rubbish and yet want to display been civil in a jagajaga country...they should have simply butcher the said wakili and his gang in the bush and quietly walk away and all these nonsense noise won't be...the only thing we would be hearing would be accusation and counter accusation till the story die down and at the end wakili and his gang are dead which is most important to the people of the area...Next time they should learn not to do such mistake again...!!

the OPC is foolish for handing over the man to the police. such a criminal who's also an handicap as reported is bound to arouse sympathy from people they should have killed him instantly and claim it's part of the effects of war

Because arrest was resisted by a murderer of a pregnant woman and a man, by Seriki and his boys

That's the proper thing to do.

Would have expected them to kill him?

OPC has done the right thing and everybody is a witness. However, they have also learnt their lesson.
