And how much have the fraudsters called banks cost the Nigerian people?

But seriously, who actually loses to fraudsters? Do banks refund money to people that was stolen by yahoo? I doubt it, so the headline is not that "banks lost money"... but that "ordinary people lose money"

Good man.

Banks never refund the customers who suffer losses, yet they claim insurance from NDIC....Nigeria is one big mess of fraud from top to bottom!

If banks are defrauded of 5billion in nine months, it's a tip of an iceberg, compared to how much banks have defrauded Nigerians. The level of fraud in Nigeria is as follows:
- The presidency
- the national assembly
- nnpc, firs, custom,
- banks
