There is no conference room that can accommodate the entire personnel of the US marines or the NYPD at the same time!

Lol now I know how people in the know look at Nigerians when they complain about wat they do not fully understand. Where I served was directly beside Idiagbon House, where this meeting was held. Now if you have been there you would know that before the commission was moved to Jabi it that was the head quarters and their meetings were held outside just like you see in the picture. I don't think Idiagbon house has any room that can hold 40 people comfortably at a time. Also given the current covid 19 situation I do not think Balance has done anything wrong. Nigerians........... quick to criticise
