It covers some South Eastern cities. The rail will move from Bonny Ports to PH in Rivers with a spur to Owerri and link Abia-Enugu-Benue-Lafia-Kaduna-Bauchi-Gombe and Borno. A new spur to Ebonyi and Anambra will be built to connect all Southeast states to the line.

People have raised suspicion/concerns that this project is meant to give access to Shekau and other northern terrorists in Borno State to penetrate the southern part of the country and unleash mayhem there. Please, someone should verify this rumour.

No developed nation or aspiring to be developed nation will build narrow gauge line in this century
The better North and SW will be standard gauge and FG will build narrow gauge in the defeated south and lesser North.. Tueeh

The same way they linked the 2nd Niger bridge to the SE even though it has nothing to do with the SE.

All because you self hating people just don't want to acknowledge that PMB is the best thing that ever happened to the SE, a region that was totally ignored, neglected, and left for dead under previous administrations, a region where 16 years of PDP did not produce 1 single project.

The only thing the SE was good for before PMB was to campaign, fool the people, promise them projects and collect their votes with nothing in return.
