He is not a good Coach. Nigeria is under achieving under him.

The coach oftentimes thinks of conuter-attacking football. His team is set up giving the ball away constantly, park the bus, then pick a loose ball and hit on the counter again. He has lot of players who are or can play as central defenders and almost none with creative spark in the middle of the pitch. His thinking has always been how to quickly close up the defence & take the ball away with speedy wingers. In his team list, majority in defense & midfield could fit in as centre backs.
