When we explain to people that winning trophies is a team effort they keep arguing blindly. I know the reasons hypocrites will give for ronaldos case.

His team mates couldn't step up to support.. in reality they did step up. Chiese and rabbiot pulled out 3 goals.

I have said it and will say it again: ronaldo ain't nothing without good players around him and he himself can only do so much. Messi is suffering the same fate. Without a good team there are no trophies even if individual players continue to build their own statistics.

This is why when I compare ronaldo and messi I only do so by their personal stats and not by trophies.

I want people to stop this one man winning trophy mentality. The greatest players need good teams to thrive.
