The Central Bank of Nigeria’s Targeted Credit Facility portal has reopened for fresh applications. This was disclosed by the Nigeria Incentive-Based Risk Sharing System for Agricultural Lending (NIRSAL) on Monday through a tweet. The TCF is a stimulus package by CBN to support households and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to cushion the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. The loan will be disbursed through NIRSAL. This is the second tranche of the relief package, following the first phase that was announced by CBN in March 2020.
