The United Kingdom has been quite honest over centuries, it is a Kingdom, not a republic not a Democracy. And a kingdom is not meant to please but to survive with the complete genes of the original monarchs. It is as simple as that. |

panafrican:The United Kingdom, despite its name, is a republic/democracy. The people elect their representatives who vote on and make laws. It does technically have a king and queen, but they have virtually no political power. |
