Yeah... it's a chat but you are asked Generic Interview questions. so its actually an interview.

Requirements: OND/HND/BEng/Bsc in Engineering or Physical Sciences

It's actually an interview my dear. The recruiter wants few people for the second stage of the exercise. So not everyone who received the call would actually make it to the next stage. Best of luck to us all.
