2. 1hour phone call (can you really prepare for this? It basically assess what your experience and professional fit. What are your skills and clear examples of how you have used those skills in the past. What you can do is less important. What you have done wins here.

3. Final interview.........

Can one negotiate for a senior analyst or specislist when the job position is analyst no matter the experience?

Negotiating salary is part of getting the job. The two go together. I am even talking about job position not salary.

Negotiating job position is very much in order . Some have good jobs already and won’t take less just because it’s shell

Same way they are trying to see if you would be a good fit for them, you should also be trying to screen them out to see if they would be a good fit for you too

As to the final interview, i will find time and write about it. Nothing special about it though.

As to the salary, i do not have either the figure. However, i presume it is far lesser than the other Shell companies as my 1hr interviewer then was quite emphatic on me undertanding that i am not applying to the main Shell then.
