How can you be issuing warming to bandits whilst they have been kidnapping students since last year.

Let this administration finish. Let me see any APC supporter that will come and complain about the next administration if the govt changes hand. Cos as it is right now, am not sure any other leader will be able to break the record of irresponsible presidency as Buhari did.

Oh... I didn't even understand that part. So those who are terrorist already are free to continue kidnapping and killings. This warning is for aspiring terrorist. It's over for this country.
