They are not picking calls and have refused to reply their emails.

They sent a mail some days ago about upgrading wordpress and other platforms to most recent version due to security vulnerabilities.

Stop defending them. The replies on their thread on Twitter shows most of their clients never received the email including me.

Everyone avoid using Qservers. They have a bad customer service experience

I'm having the same issue with them. I am hosting about 6 domains with them and most of them have been suspended. I have tried to reach their lines and it keeps saying not reachable. The problem now is, my clients have been on my head. The organisation where I work as a webmaster are on my head too. Does anybody know their office in Lagos, please?
This is the first time I am experiencing this in my 5 years of hosting with them.
I will be checking on the progress on this thread if your sites are back. Please keep in touch

I didn't receive this mail. I have checked my mail and didn't receive this. Even if they want us to upgrade, why not keep their lines active to customers to keep us informed.
Do they want us to loose clients?
I have sent an email request to them for the upgrade. I hope they give me feedback.

Moderator can you move this to Frontpage? We are about loosing business and jobs! Qservers.net got to reply us to have access to update whatever software they require so that we can go on with our lives.

You received it does not mean others did. Go to Qservers thread on Twitter bro. People didn't nt get that message. I believe you are aware that Qservers mail does not deliver to gmail. Let them be there claiming right. They are tyrants. Do you feel if people received that mail, they would be overwhelmed by the lots of support tickets coming their way now? Think!

Having the same issue, Production sites are down. Clients are on my neck. This is the worst i have experienced from any host.

they are trying very add to make themselves into scammers. How can a company with good record over night decide ,they want to be one scammers

they did not send any mail. It's all a lie. Even on their client area were you can see every mail tread listed ,showed they did not. The have the guts to lie straight to our faces

QSERVERS want to kill our business. Moderator, please move to the frontpage.. Sites have been own for 4 days now and no reasonable response from the people.. People that own websites are on our heads.. One said he will sue me to court. Me that I don't know road to Local Govt Council, na me wan go court? How did your office waka go? I suspect there must a crowd there now

I have about 4 website with qserver down for about five days now, a client is threatening to have me arrested, what plans do they have at qserver.
If they want us to upgrade the softwares we are using, how do we do that when we don't have access to the cpanel or backend of the website.

Do they plan to shut down the sites forever, after we made full payment for a whole year. I wonder what is really happening and no one can locate their office ?

Why are people afraid of suing in Nigeria? Sue their bastard asses

Am not in lagos at the moment but thinking of going to lagos to visit their office, those of you over there, can't you guys locate their office?

Their office address has been quoted up there. Check it. That's how I resolved mine

Hopefully this issue gets resolved soon.
