Possible, unempirical, reasons for the decline; 1. Constraint in retrieving misplaced/stolen SIM cards due to the NIN brouhaha. 2. Low disposable income and inability of Nigerians to buy card. The country get as e be. 3. Switch to internet-enabled calls and communication, largely linked to point two above. 4.
