This is very commendable even though am angry at buhari government I have always felt the military should be our guide when things are bad.

News like this brings hope that things can get better.

Next step would be to humming into radio communications from remote areas in the forest areas.

Because news would be spreading to the bandits that the military is taking on a new strategy therefore making them over prepared and even more ruthless.

As someone who has served in other capacity I am very happy with this news..

It's a not a new strategy it's been used for a while

We call this the least possible response measure... In the sense that the bandits over time have utilized there maximum strategy in wrecking havoc on the transportation domain, that there isn't any other possible strategy they can employ now.

The next step would now be to push them into a confined space and put the bandits into a tight corner... Which would cause then to change operations time and sequence of events around their operations.. in which am sure the DSS and the army will be waiting gladly.

If they don't they end up carrying reckless attacks such as killings of citizens which then makes them no different from Boko Haram and therefore defeats there purpose of kidnap for ransom.

This is the best possible way I can explain without divulging any information

I really wonder how the interaction between the soldiers in the bus and the numerous police checkpoints collecting N100 will be.

Did the soldiers settle the police check point so as not to blow their cover or did the soldiers beat up the corrupt police men collecting N50 to N100 from drivers
