Hello Nairalanders,

I ordered a product on Jumia on 13th of March and I got a confirmation via email and sms on my phone including the date of delivery as 17th of March (Pay on Delivery).

Surprisingly, I saw an apology message on the order page on my Jumia account yesterday stating that the product will soon be delivered (no specific date was included).

This is my first time experience with Jumia and it's not impressive TBH.

Have you experienced such delay before?

How did it later turn out?

Is not always like that with jumia but lately, they had logistics issues. Since its pay on delivery you dont have to panic.

I also talked with Jumia on Facebook and was told that on/before 22nd, it will be delivered.

It landed yesterday 22nd as promised by Jumia.

Cant believe that Jumia could have degenerated this bad over time! May be they lost a large number of staff members?
May be Jumia cant cope with the volume of demand!
I am not new on Jumia.i have placed single order of 100k and received them.
In recent time,my tiny order#319913635 placed in March,paid for has not been delivered.To worsen it,all complaints not replied.
I hope Jumia customer care is still working!!
