Recently whenever I'm making a call with my earpiece or Bluetooth headset the person's voice will be talking loud on my phone instead of the earphone or the Bluetooth headset. Like it will be talking out instead of hearing it on my Bluetooth headset.

Ps: this always happens in a video call



I've done force restart and even used different headsets and earphones but it's still not working
