They used the helicopter to silence some people or a specific person in that plane. Helicopters are easier to maneuver than planes. It was a setup. Even from the footage, the copter had Alot of room for maneuver even before getting in close close contact with the plane. Even jet fighters maneuver within seconds talk less of helicopter
