Hey everyone!

Many years ago I have the privilege to live in Nigeria (Jos) for a while, and I fell in love with many of the wonderful dishes.

I make suya regularly, but am still looking for a recipe for the oily cornbread that was served with it, and helped cut the fire a bit, lol.

Anyone know what I'm talking about, and maybe have a recipe?
