ifeojobas: Especially as an IT professional, I think MTN is better. The connect store is up in the food chain in MTN. Almost anybody can stay under an umbrella to register SIM cards. You sound like you are better than that and you sound like you wanna work in the IT field. Even as you get promoted by God's grace, you'll still be in your field at MTN. Plus I think you'll be more fulfilled there. You also need to be where things are happening, where you will meet correct people. A lot of "big boys" are on mtn. They have phone issues too. Do only excellent jobs, also try to make follow up calls to make sure they aren't having issues anymore and you'll be surprised at the positive reactions of customers when you help them resolve their IT issues. adewasco2k: I think you have said it all, its up to you to decide...i know they pay well, can say for their marketers though, but my friends working with them as a graphic designer and another as a web designer are been paid well that they had to even get an apartment on the island separately.

So try to be there, you guys will definitely discuss about that if Okoko is whats on your CV....i have been there a couple of time, nice place to work if you ask me, again cant say for their marketers
