this should the most focal for any level headed ambitious fellow 5. NEGLECTING SELF IMPROVEMENT It's crazy how some people think there's no need for self-improvement, as they have perfect destiny. Self- improvement is the act of developing and improving oneself all-round, especially in one's vocation area. Many people tend to 'over-spiritualize' other things, believing it boils down to their religiousness or spirituality. 1 Like 1 Share |

have got something really special for you all today. A real true story about the devastating impacts that certain soaps have on our lungs and thus, all of our health. So, if you have ever taken a shower before, you know that you have to rinse your body clean to get rid of all the soap residue. However, when you are using certain soaps, you might be putting yourself at serious risk for a serious health issue. Avoiding the risk at all costs, here are the six soaps that are the most damaging to the lungs. 1. Rose Petals And Oils It has been found that rose petals and oils are in fact, extremely bad for the lungs. These soaps strip your natural oils from your skin and actually cause all of the toxins in the oil to seep through the skin and into your lungs. This does not only cause a vicious cycle where these toxins are getting trapped in your lungs, but the chemicals in the oils also promote inflammation and bacteria growth. 2. Scented Soaps When you are using scented soaps, you are essentially putting your skin at serious risk. This is not only because the fragrances contain chemicals that can cause cancer, but it is because they are all tested on animals. So when you use these soaps, you are basically bathing in skin carcinogens. As a matter of fact, a study conducted in 2005 in Japan concluded that scented soaps may be the most carcinogenic source of skin cancer. 3. Nicotine It is no secret that smoking is extremely harmful to your health. But did you know that regular exposure to nicotine through soaps and shampoos, actually increases your chances of getting lung cancer? You might think that your pores have always been “sensitive” but they are actually very protective and quite healthy. So, when you wash your hair, you wash away a lot of dead skin cells which serve as a protective layer on your skin and in turn helps to clean your body. But with nicotine on the skin, it actually irritates the skin, which leaves your pores extremely open. And when the pores are so open, it allows dirt, pollutants, and bacteria to easily enter your body and form a bacterial infection. This then makes the toxins more concentrated and the likelihood of cancer more likely. 4. All Spices The chemicals in all spices like cloves, turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger are actually toxic to the lungs. Because of this, when you wash with spices, your skin, your lungs, and in most cases, even your gastrointestinal tract can become extremely sensitive to the irritant. 5. Ash Ash is made up of charred plant and animal materials. When you use these substances, you essentially burn the natural oils in your body. This then leads to inflammation and inflammation causes cancer. It has also been found that cigarettes and chimney smoke have more of an impact on your lungs than any other source of combustion. So when you are using cash-based soaps it causes those same conditions to flare up. 6. The “Bath Soap Challenge” This challenge is the perfect example of what is so dangerous about these soaps. The “bath soap challenge” requires a participant to put a small amount of their own or someone else’s soapy water in their mouth. This is considered to be a dangerous health hazard because most of these soaps contain bleach. In fact, it has been found that ingesting bleach leads to permanent damage to the esophagus. As you can see, there is so much on your skin and in your body that you would think that you would want to avoid putting anything in it. The wrong things can cause serious health issues and cancer. Don’t be part of the problem by using dangerous soaps. whats your take guys |
