I've tried that too, but it didn't work.

Please I am having issues with my bb 9900. It has been browsing and downloading excellently until a week ago. I can no longer browse nor download anything. I have an active bis subscription and I am still within fair usage but it just won't open pages or downloading. I have contacted mtn and d fault is not on the network side. Please I need help with this urgently. Thanks.
