Mtn is from 12am to 3:30am Airtel is from 12 to 5am
Download as big amount of data on both.
Right now I'm using Airtel 50 naira for 1.5G and it's working perfectly fine.

Steps to follow
1. Download PES 2016 ISO file
2. Download and install PPSSPP emulator
3. Move the PES2016.ISO file to SDCARD >> PSP >> GAME
4. Open PPSSPP and click on PES2016, start the game and enjoy

I have downloaded the pes2016 file but it's on .rar format and when I try extracting, they asked for password, anybody have any idea?
