All of Africa with a population of 1.3 billion people and over 4 years we suffered 50,000 deaths.

USA with 300 million people suffered 150,000 deaths.

Who should be cautioning the other ?

Are you trying to sweep the killings in US under the carpet?

Are you this heartless?
See this heartless one o
Keep advising the US while you die in thousands.

soon your likes would not be able to purchase data to spill out your demented deranged tribalism on this page because before 2027 Tinubu would make sure he squeezed every single hopes and live from every Nigeria if he is not stopped now.
He has options, he can use one of his neighbours ed to make money as they always do.

Will the sanctions stop the senseless killings? Infact, the western world has been too quiet about the senseless killings in Nigeria
Let them try it, let's see if it will save some lives. Doing nothing is not an option.

We also know 47,000 Christians were killed by guns in USA last year.

100,000 more killed from drugs overdose last year.

They should fix their problems.

The days of asserting their lies on others are gone.
Are you trying to sweep the killing of your brothers under the carpet because people are also lied in the US?

Are you this heartless?

If it's not published it's unknown.

That's your problem.

USA should fix it's gun and drug problems.

They lose too many people to such nonsense.
Ondo people protesting the slaughter of their brothers knows the number, US also knows, hence this news.

Imposing crippling sanctions on Tinunu or Nigeria? Imposing crippling sanctions on Nigeria will affect both Christians and Muslims. We don't need any crippling sanctions now
Better than allowing your killers kill off Nigerians.

That's a small number compared to the thousands killed weekly and hidden from the press by the evil government.

I even heard Ojuku planned the keelings of 30k thousand Ibo people in the North because he want to use that to pacify the North so they can install Awolowo as president.

Ojukwu is very selfless, I like him.

Kaduna: Major Nzeogwu rolls in like, "Sardauna Ahmadu Bello, oga Hausa leader, your time don reach!" *Boom!* One Northern kingpin down.

Which Oga Hausa leader, Kaduna was a northerner of Hausa birth in every respect. He has never been in any part of Igboland in all his life, he never learnt how to speak Okpanam dialect.

Kaduna was for all intents and purposes, a northerner.

It's not a matter of knowing. You still need good enough funding for good forensics, good training, even good research and stuff.

But anytime I suggest that you Nigerians should pay more in taxes and even school fees to make those things work, you all will cry poverty and call me agbado Fulani.

Yes corruption is a serious matter too. But so is funding.

Agitate for your state police. But know that you got to fund it yourselves because oil money is no longer enough. Time we all industrialized and d paid taxes.

Like the saner climes of the USA.

Good afternoon
Even if we pay 1 million in tax per person in Nigeria now, criminals lik the ones in Aso Rock will steal it. That's beside the case we're treating.

What I insist on is local knowledge. Local knowledge will remove a lot of things like much spending. So forget about frightening us with money, safety deserves all we can put into it.
PoliticsRe: Police Service Commission Admits Serious Human Rights Violations In South-east by PresidObi: 1:42pm On Feb 22, 2025
nairalanda1:
Lol. From the South.

Remember I am not discouraging you from agitating for state police . I am merely pointing out why it may not work the way you want it to. And why even saner climes have issues.

I mean there is a lot to discourage people from taking up football as a sport. One can get injured badly. But it should not be reason enough to stop taking up football.

But you are mixing things up. cheesy
No, I am not mixing things up. I believe strongly that when strangers in the police in a particular region are removed, we can guard our places better and prevent outside attacks, which is the majority of the attacks in the south.

I know all my towns men, we know the thieves from th honest men, we can dispense judgement quicker and solve problems like we always dis in the olden days.

The problem of th3 south is the invasion of foreigners who dont know anything about the place they came to protect. They are remnants of the civil war era, who still thinks the locals must be killed and restricted as if they are still in a war.

Nigeria. USA also has a very bad crime rate for a developed country

Most of the Nigerian crime rate rises from our resource dependent economy. USA is an industrial economy. Meaning jobs get created well.there and people are well.employed

Not like Nigeria where everyone including the secessionists are waiting for oil money.

Also USA taxes everyone. Meaning there is money for forensics. USA colleges charge sky high fees which means they have enough money to fund research and forensic labs. Which helps crime fighting..

Also better vital records from cradle to grave and 🧬 databases.

That's why I am tired of all our governments especially this current one. Na to share money.they know. Not to make money. Share money.

And that is why state police too no go work for Nigeria. Because most of you wont pay the taxes needed to make it work. Na to wait for oil money to share. And apc and tinubu won't make our country industrial.

Anyway, you can call me agbado
No, I think you're a northerner. They are the people who support the federal structure. Yorubas are fighting for preservation of their origins from the north like everyone else.
PoliticsRe: 1966 Coup Not Yoruba Coup - APC Chieftain Replies IBB by PresidObi: 1:26pm On Feb 22, 2025
2. A Yoruba coup, yet the Yorubas supposedly turned the sword against their own and spared Igbo civilian and military leaders? Is this not akin to the farmer setting fire to his own barn while leaving his neighbor’s untouched? The Premier of the Western Region, Chief S.L. Akintola, was felled, yet the Eastern Premier, Dr. Michael Okpara, remained unscathed. Zik, conveniently abroad for medical leave, was seen on a Caribbean cruise, paying visits to Papa Doc Duvalier in Haiti. Is it not said that "when the rat is laughing at the cat, there is a hole nearby"? How does this puzzle fit together? Unegbe, the Igbo who fell was never a target but fell for lack of cooperation as a quarter master...

It was a plan, only that the Igbo officers trusted the yoruba officers to keep their own end of the bargain, but they chose to chicken out and blame the Igbo government.
PoliticsRe: 1966 Coup Not Yoruba Coup - APC Chieftain Replies IBB by PresidObi: 1:25pm On Feb 22, 2025
1. If Yorubas plotted the coup, why is it that none of the major victims fell to a bullet fired by a Yoruba man? History is not a game of riddles; facts are stubborn things. Where is the Yoruba hand on the trigger that night?

Others from other tribes executed their targets, the yoruba who were supposed to knock off Igbo officials relented, so that the coup will be blamed on the Igbo.

Addendum

Referring to the USA, a lot of the abuses against black people in the past was facilitated by the local state police.

Sometimes the American federal government had to use federal law agents to enforce civil rights laws.

Just an example.
Which country has less crime rate, usa or Nigeria?

State police won't stop human right abuses.

The USA that has state police and even local government police has issues galore with human rights

To get a society that observes human rights you have to make sure it is in their Interest that peoples rights are protected even those they do not like.
I have never seen anywhere where police hijack ballot boxes in the USA? grin

Women will slowly castrate you and then turn around and wonder why theyre not attracted to you anymore. Men will emotionally invest in a woman and are utterly broken once she's gone, but women will lose feelings and its as if she never loved him, and onto the next thing. I hope you experience this inshallah
I will never experience that, I invested in myself and am the one they are begging. I am the one that will be in demand for long.

It is the president’s fault that low life criminals said sit @ home, and the cowards rightfully obliged?
I know you're angry that the media reported this kidnapping going on in Ondo state. You will prefare that the kidnappings and killings go on unreported so that Tinubu should not be exposed for the incompetent aguero he is.

Regional police maybe.
State police will be abused. Look at Uzodimma and his Ebube Agu menace
Ebubeagu is not state police. There are policemen still controlling Ebuneagu at the moment. That's why the insecurity still persists.
