Politics › Re: Solodu Should Consult Peter Obi On How To Tackle Insecurity by PresidObi: 3:03pm On Jan 01, 2025 |
This is the double standard being employed by people that wants Nigeria to burn. They send in countless army and police to strangulation the economy of one region, then free the other regions and allow business to thrive there, they then hire people like the OP to keep painting the picture that the governor I'd the chief security officer, while he doesn't know anything about what the FG is doing, and who they are sending to which position.
The FG can wreck your state and you cannot do anything about it. |

Wow, and I even thought security is under the control of the Federal government.
I see army officers and police installations being paid and maintained by the federal government, I didn't even know that in the case of Anambra, the governor should be the one controlling the GOC and Police commissioner.
Previously, salaries of police and army as well as the civil defense, customs and FRSC are paid by the Federal government?
How then should Obi and Soludo be in charge of security, while Sanwo olu and Abba Sani are facing the governance of their own states? |

Oga, we will survive you and your evil policies which are meant to impoverish most people in this country. You will reap the rewards of your evil manipulations that aims to pitch some parts of the country against the other parts so you can have your way.
For those who you serve plates of rice just to enslave them for 4 years, their suffering and death will forever be blamed on you.

kettykings: What potopoto region. If only you knew. Some Igbos are no longer just building homes—they are creating legacies. Villages within villages. Boulevards within boulevards. Cottages within cottages, crafted not just for the present but for generations yet unborn. I attended two housewarming events recently, and it hit me like a hammer: 2025 Christmas will be an entirely different spectacle.
My grandfather created a small boulevard for himself and sons and grandsons. I thought we had arrived until I saw a family that created a village within their village for their sons and grandsons
The wealth fueling this transformation isn’t just trickling in from Lagos—it’s pouring in from every corner of the globe. The diaspora is speaking with brick and mortar, with sprawling estates and architectural marvels that are rewriting the meaning of homecoming. This isn’t just a cultural renaissance; it’s a bold declaration that the Igbo are no longer competing with Nigeria—they’re competing with the world. My brother, you are very correct, I saw an eyeful when I landed, I am challenged to build another mansion in my home town in the east. |
