A Ghanaian [braised rice] dish that's usually served with orisirisi on top, including avocado, and blended raw onions and peppers.
Sometimes, I wonder how Ghanaians combine flavour.

It took everything in me not to add any other ingredients into the rice. [Ghanaians take that quite personal]
The Nigerian in me almost couldn't help it.
