The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for addressing emergency breakdowns with minimal downtime, developing a staff of mechanics and electrician to provide adequate coverage for operations, implementing a sound maintenance program, having a stock of cataloged critical spare parts and source for less-than-critical parts locally. In addition, the Maintenance Manager will provide leadership and technical guidance for the maintenance operations in other facilities with same support culture, approach, strategy and execution as detailed above.

Manages and oversees the repair and maintenance of equipment; assigns work orders, ensuring safety and production related work orders are highest priority.
Establishes schedules, methods and procedures for departmental work activities; identifies and resolves operational problems; and communicates expertise and approvals concerning departmental activities.
Other duties as assigned, including projects related to the business.


Minimum Requirements

10 years of technical experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
Associate’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology or other related area, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Proven track record in managing large high volume DCs with high degree of automation, mechanization and technology.
Experience in supporting multiple facilities.
Experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, electronics, PLC driven controls, HVAC, plumbing, and conveyor maintenance.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of mechanical and electrical design and repair practices as they apply to power transmission and conveyor belt applications.
Knowledge of motors and motor control methods.
Knowledge of computer controls systems.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing label scanners.

Job Description:
Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products
Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
Servicing the needs of your existing customers
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
Allocating areas to sales representatives
Developing sales strategies and setting targets
Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
Compiling and analyzing sales figures
Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
Collecting customer feedback and market research.
Reporting to senior managers
Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Requirements

The Personal Assistant to the CEO is the principal officer responsible for the daily operation of the office of the CEO, providing comprehensive, efficient and confidential administrative support to the CEO.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Maintains comprehensive calendar including scheduling of appointments, travel, meetings and conferences for and on behalf of the CEO.
Handles all incoming and outgoing correspondence, prioritize in terms of urgency and redirect as necessary.
Co-ordinates seminars, workshops, retreats, training, and meetings including event management
Assists with the preparation of meeting agendas, taking minutes, circulating minutes prepared and follow up on action points agreed at the meetings.
Undertakes research and special projects as and when requested by the CEO.
Maintains and updates information and data system as necessary within the CEO's including hard copy files system and electronic files.
Manages the travel Itinerary of the CEO as regards booking of flight tickets, booking of hotel accommodation and preparation of allowances.
Provide efficient support for cost cutting initiatives.
Manages the entire office by ensuring that the relevant personnel keep every part including work tables, meeting room clean and safe at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned by the CEO from time to time.
Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of HND/BSc in any Administrative Discipline from a reputable tertiary institution.
Minimum of 5 years working experience.
Good report-writing capabilities.
Versatility in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Valid Driver’s License
