What's are the main things that pisses you off about the place if I may ask?

First of all, apart from my ppa, where I was posted to, I tried looking for another side work and in this whole city, no reasonable job opportunities..The one I saw expected me to work 7-6pm and pay me 6k..As per what??

It's unsafe too.. Unlike Lagos where I could easily walk back home by 11 pm and still have peace of mind ( I am not saying that I am planning to stay outside until 11pm tho but just giving example) but once it is 8 pm, your heart is about to jump out of your soul..

Language barrier too..My ppa too is expecting full dedication and not ready to pay you for all your good works and headaches after teaching.. Paying 2k and still complaining. They never provided anything required by Nysc and not like I depended on them tho but they are just greedy people that want to use you without being appreciative..

Nothing like recreational centres to relax on your free days. No malls, no gym, it's not safe to go for morning runs too, weather is too harsh for my skin and I am totally dark now ( I am naturally light skinned)..

The guys are mostly sex starved monkeys.They turn every conversation to sex..Their girls sef..I have nothing to save about them..

I have to be careful of what I eat too.. I was admitted in February because of food poisoning..

I actually have a lot to complain about but maybe because I am used to Lagos life..But even in Lagos, I rarely go out but when I want to go, I usually have a place to visit unlike here sef..

I am tired

Plateau is a nice place to serve if you'll just change your mindset about the place to a positive one. It starts from your mindset Miss.

Have you been to Kerrang water falls where SWAN water is produced?
What about the Crater Lake at Mangu Halle?

Mangu is a nice place with, 2nd after the Western region when it comes to the number of Professors; but their local and archaic mindset is raised to power 2.

It's only in Mangu you'll see a Dog berbecue seller with 4 different Masters degree certificates and he'll be using his proceeds to apply his Fifth Masters degree. Very educated and intelligent but local people.

See ehn, I have changed my mindset but guess what, I still wake up to same miserable place..

Almost went to Kerang but later changed my mind too..

I would have actually redeployed but I cancelled it on camp because, I heard that this place was cool and I needed to be far from home for this one year but I regret every decision honestly...

I applied for relocation again but unfortunately, corona made it hang. I will just do the six months and go home..

I am dead tired of this place..

See ehn, I am not even in a situation where I can actually advice you because, I am in the same situation too..I am serving and trust me, what does the future really hold for me after service was my question before I started serving and guess what? It is still the same until to today..

But honestly, I can't come and kill myself for this country but I believe that once I get to the bridge,I will definitely cross it..

Just survive this bro and once the future comes, we would all survive it together..By God's grace.
